I have decided that I am going to try my hand at serious writing. I was thinking of a couple of different ways to try it. One of the ideas I have is to start a story blog. You know, I will start a story with a ‘chapter’ at a time online. The main problem I forsee with that is having my work taken and used by someone else. I am also contemplating finding an entry level position with a publishing company and getting some behind the scenes experience before I try to write a book of my own. If there is a way that anyone knows of that I could do a ‘book on a blog’ I’d love to hear what you think. Maybe I could do an interactive story online…where you, the reader, can help decide the direction of the story line. Would that interest you? If anyone knows of anyone in the publishing business, I’d love to get their opinion on this subject. Just send them here and let them decide if they want to give their input directly or they can remain anonymous and send the info through you.

I feel like I am standing at one of the most important intersections of my life. Whatever choice I make this time will have a profound effect on my family and myself. My husband has tried so hard to lead both me and our children down a good path and up until now I have not been on that path willingly. Well, I am tired of wanting nothing, feeling nothing, needing nothing. God says I am worth more than that. If HE has that kind of faith in me, how can I say otherwise? So now the choice is clear, I need to go left….wait, I need to go right….no, no, straight!! Uh, well, maybe the choice isn’t as clear as I’d hoped…but it is clear that a choice must be made soon. Back to the search for more information.
